About

Triqodex is founded by three developers passionate about building software that solves meaningful problems. We combine deep technical expertise, modern tooling and a product mindset to build scalable systems for businesses around the world.

Our origin

The name is the story.

Tri: three founders, each bringing a different engineering discipline: infrastructure, product and AI.

Qodex: code as the craft, and a codex as the body of knowledge behind it.

We started Triqodex because we saw too many businesses receive software that worked on launch day and became a liability a year later. We build the other kind.

What we stand for

Values that show up in the code.

01

Engineering quality

Clean, typed, tested code and architecture that holds up as the business grows.

02

Innovation with judgement

We use AI and new technology where it pays off, and tell you when it doesn't.

03

Long-term partnership

Our best work happens in year two and three. We build relationships for that.

04

Radical transparency

Direct access to engineers, shared boards, honest estimates and early warnings.

Engineering standards

Non-negotiables on every project.

These aren't extras you pay for. They're how we work, because they're what makes software last.

  • ✓Every change is code-reviewed by a second engineer
  • ✓Automated tests and CI from the first commit
  • ✓Infrastructure defined as code, never clicked together
  • ✓Architecture decisions written down, with the trade-offs
  • ✓Performance and accessibility budgets enforced in CI
  • ✓Security reviews before every production launch
  • ✓You own the code, the repos and the cloud accounts
  • ✓Weekly demos of working software, not status slides
How we work

A pipeline, not a guessing game.

Every engagement runs through the same five stages. Each one has clear outputs, so you always know what has shipped and what comes next.

Stakeholder interviews, workflow mapping and technical audit. We agree on what success looks like before writing code.
